Zoals jullie eerder al konden lezen heb ik afgelopen weekend doorgebracht op Tomorrowland! Hoewel België een echt festivalland is steekt deze topper toch wel met kop en schouders boven de rest uit, althans op internationaal vlak. Dat wist ik natuurlijk al wel voordat ik er naartoe ging, maar toen ik met mijn eigen ogen de honderden verschillende vlaggen in het publiek zag wapperen wist ik het helemaal zeker: wat gaaf!
ENGLISH: As you could have already read earlier on, I've spent last weekend at Tomorrowland! Despite the fact that Belgium is a true festival country in general, I have to say that this one really does stand out from the crowd, at least from an international point of view. Of course I knew this already before I went to the festival, but when I saw hundreds of different flags waving in the crowd I was 100% sure: HOW COOL IS THIS?!
Ik heb er echt de tijd van m'n leven gehad: van de chille sfeer op de camping tot de fantastische nachten met Hardwell, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Tiësto en... Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike natuurlijk, niet te vergeten. Ongelofelijk. De acts werden bijna voortdurend vergezeld door sprookjesachtige visuals en knallende vuurwerkshows. Het leek wel alsof ik me in een waanwereld bevond: far far away from here! Eén ding is zeker: het mag dan wel mijn eerste keer op Tomorrowland geweest zijn, maar het is zeker niet mijn laatste... Kan niet wachten tot de volgende editie!
ENGLISH: I've definitely had the time of my life: from the chilled atmosphere at the camping to the unforgettable nights with Hardwell, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, and... Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike of course! Unbelievable. The acts were always accompanied by fairytale like visuals and smashing firework shows. It all seemed so unreal, like I was in a delusional world, far far away from here! One thing's for sure: it might have been my first time on Tomorrowland, but it was definitely not my last... Can't wait till the next edition to take place!
