Het lijkt inmiddels alweer eeuwen geleden sinds ik voor het laatst in New York was. Toch was ik vier maanden geleden nog in deze fantastische metropool. Ze noemen het niet voor niets de "concrete jungle where dreams are made of". Ik bekeek vandaag de foto's nog eens en kreeg meteen zin om weer terug te gaan! Toen kwam ik ook meteen tot het besef dat ik het derde deel van mijn foto's nog niet online geplaatst heb, hoewel ik dat wel beloofd had. Oh what a shame!
ENGLISH: It feels like it has been ages since I was in New York for the last time. However, it has only been four months since I left this amazing city. They call it the "concrete jungle where dreams are made of" for a reason. I checked out the pictures again today and immediately felt like going back! Then I realized I didn't post the third part of my pictures on my blog yet, even though I promised to do so. Oh what a shame!
Het klinkt misschien een beetje gek, maar ben echt verliefd op deze stad. Het liefst van al zou ik hier een jaartje komen studeren, maar dat zit er waarschijnlijk helaas niet in. Ik zag mezelf al helemaal lopen op de NYU campus, 's middags een beetje chillen op Washington Square en 's avonds lekker borrelen in Meatpacking District. Maar goed, je weet nooit wat de toekomst je te bieden heeft... DREAM BIG!
ENGLISH: It might sound a bit weird, but I'm actually really in love with this city. I would love to study there one day, but that probably ain't gonna happen. I can already picture myself strolling over the NYU campus, chilling a bit on Washington Square during lunch time and having dinner and drinks in Meatpacking District at night.
